Ukrainian parliamentary inquiry into the Battle of Ilovaisk
Parliamentary provisional investigatory commission on investigation of circumstances of the Ilovaisk tragedy is a provisional commission of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine that was created on 4 September 2014〔(Resolution of Verkhovna Rada on the establishment of the Interim Investigatory Commission of Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine on investigation into the tragic events that led to the death and capture of soldiers of volunteer battalions and members of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, the National Guard of Ukraine near the city Ilovaysk of Donetsk Oblast ). Law of Ukraine. 4 September 2014〕 at the closed session of the Ukrainian parliament〔(Verkhovna Rada gathered for a secret session ). Broadcasting Service of News (TSN). 4 September 2014〕 in regards to outcome of the Battle of Ilovaisk.〔(Rada decided to investigate deaths of servicemen near Ilovaisk ). The commission consists of 11 deputies and will conduct its investigation for three months.
